BODY by Bleau is a dynamic approach to boutique fitness designed to fire up the entire body while finding moments to isolate muscle groups, challenge balance, and push endurance. This feel-good fusion of movement combines the flow of Pilates and technique of barre in a way that is adjustable and achievable for everyBODY.

My mindset on fitness completely shifted when I discovered movement that I didn’t dread or feel forced to do. And that’s the kind of space I want to create for others. CLASS FORMATS

  • FORM

    FORM

    The classic BODY by Bleau format, FORM works through a series of sequences, both standing and on the floor. An energy and heart rate lifter designed to activate the entire body, utilizing props such as bands, balls and weights.

  • TONE

    TONE

    Following a similar format to FORM with a heavier focus on building strength - less switch up, more repetitions, using hand weights in most exercises to really reach muscle fatigue.

  • TORCH

    TORCH

    A cardio based format incorporating HIIT exercises, starting with heart-pounding movements and ending with tone-focused elements.

  • FLOW

    FLOW

    No props, just body. Similar sequencing to our signature FORM, but with more stretch moments to give our muscles extra breath and end with a longer, more intentional Shavasana and stretch.

BOOKINGS

1-ON-1 SESSIONS

Enjoy a private at-home session specifically catered to your needs and preferences. 1-on-1 sessions allow for us to really hone in on your goals and work towards reaching them together. This is a great option for anyone new to fitness.

SMALL GROUP PRIVATES

Grab your closest friends and host them in your home for a private session, designed to fit the needs of each individual and allowing the intimacy of personalized corrections and modifications. Small group sizes are between 2 to 7 people.

LARGE GROUPS & EVENTS

Bachelorette workout? Birthday sweat? Workplace wellness? You provide the space and I’ll provide the sweaty vibes. Large groups are considered 8+ participants.
