BODY by Bleau is a dynamic approach to boutique fitness designed to fire up the entire body while finding moments to isolate muscle groups, challenge balance, and push endurance. This beat-driven, feel-good fusion of movement combines the flow of Pilates and technique of barre in a way that is adjustable and achievable for everyBODY.
